Programs & Services

The Child & Adult Care Food Program offers reimbursement to child care providers for serving nutritious meals that meet USDA requirements. Many different providers operate CACFP and share the common goal of bringing nutritious meals and snacks to participants.

CCR&R, Child Care Resource and Referral agencies provide local, helpful services to families, child care providers and communities in several ways.

Families can find information about the different types of child care available locally. Agencies focus on meeting your specific needs. Additionally, they can share characteristics of a quality child care program and connect families to community resources.

Community Members and Organizations can learn about the supply and demand for child care. That includes information on the types of programs available and types of programs parents are asking for. Importantly, they can also help you explore the gaps between the two.

Become a Child Care Provider, find resources, benefits and information on the process of becoming a licensed child care home, licensed child care center or unlicensed registered child care ministry

Child Care Referrals help parents take the guesswork out of choosing child care by providing tips on choosing care, information about Paths to QUALITY™ , and free referrals to local legally operating child care providers.
