Heather Spencer

Heather earned an associate’s degree in social sciences, a bachelor of arts in education non-teaching, a bachelor of science in business administration with concentrations in management and marketing and a master’s of science in management. She is a Safe Sleep certified trainer, an Orientation I certified trainer and a 1,2,3,4 Parents! certified trainer. Heather has 3 years of experience in early childhood and has worked at 4C for a year. She chooses to work at 4C because her passion in life is to impact children’s lives in a positive way and 4C’s mission and vision are aligned with her principles and values allowing her to help move the 4C cause ahead.
