Ginny SmithGinny earned a bachelor’s in elementary education from the University of Southern Indiana and a master’s of education from Indiana State University. She has 19 years of experience in early childhood and has worked at 4C for just under 1 year. Ginny chooses to work at 4C because she enjoys working with the children, families and staff in the shelters and it is also a privilege, to work with the volunteers as she could not do it without them.
