Our goal is to ensure that child care providers and teachers of young children have access to the most current research and techniques to provide high quality care. 4C offers an array of services and resources to assist child care providers, teachers and child care administrators.

  • Indiana Project for Inclusive Child Care: resources and assistance for providers seeking inclusive child care
  • New provider orientation for licensing, Safe Sleep Practices and Reducing the Risk of SIDS in Child Care
  • Better Baby Care Indiana: resources and assistance for providers with infants and toddlers
  • Child and Adult Care Food Program for licensed child care homes
  • Ongoing consultation and technical assistance
  • Workshops and training opportunities
  • Paths to QUALITY: a voluntary program that offers resources and recognition for high quality care
  • Annual Spring Conference
  • Lending Library access with paid membership or Paths to QUALITY participation
