Challenging Behaviors

Are the children in your care exhibiting challenging behaviors? Check out to find hints and tips for dealing with children who use challenging behaviors.

If after careful observation and self-reflection you are unable to come to any solution to your challenging behavior woes, call Krista Hawkins, Inclusion Specialist at 4C, 866-200-5909 ext. 123.

Krista will be able to come and do an observation of the environment and child and give suggestions as to what the next steps should be. Fill out the Consultation Release Form completely, with signatures, and return it to 4C as soon as possible.

If you answered yes to these questions, then you should contact our Inclusion Specialist, Krista Hawkins, at 866-200-5909 ext. 123 or Using research supported by the Center on the Social Emotional Foundations for Early Learning, and other pioneers in the area of social emotional learning and behavior, the Krista will partner with you and your program staff to create a plan for behavior improvement in your program. Using The Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence, the Inclusion Specialist and caregivers will address relationships, environments, targeted supports as well as intensive interventions.
