If after careful observation and self-reflection you are unable to come to any solution to your challenging behavior woes, call Krista Hawkins, Inclusion Specialist at 4C, 866-200-5909 ext. 123.
Krista will be able to come and do an observation of the environment and child and give suggestions as to what the next steps should be. Fill out the Consultation Release Form completely, with signatures, and return it to 4C as soon as possible.

Using research supported by the Center on the Social Emotional Foundations for Early Learning, and other pioneers in the area of social emotional learning and behavior, the Krista will partner with you and your program staff to create a plan for behavior improvement in your program. Using The Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence, the Inclusion Specialist and caregivers will address relationships, environments, targeted supports as well as intensive interventions.
