I Care for Children in My Home

The quality of a child care program has a direct impact on a child’s ability to learn, to build healthy relationships and become the best he or she can be. A child care home setting is located in a residential house that a caregiver may or may not live in. Child care homes feature a lead caregiver who provides care for the children, while also running the child care business. The lead caregiver may have assistants who help with the daily routine.

A child care home provider has the opportunity enroll in Paths to QUALITY™ provided that their license is valid and in good standing. A home provider can choose to work with a coach, or to be self-guided through the program.
