With more than thirty years experience in early childhood, Vanessa Wolter is the owner of Newburgh Preschool & Child Care. She holds an associate degree in early childhood and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She has been involved with 4C for more than twenty years and worked previously as classroom assistant, a kindergarten teacher, and a child care center director.
