After earning bachelors and master’s degrees in elementary education, special education, and reading from the University of Evansville, Velinda Stubbs taught kindergarten for fourteen years at Delaware School. She was the principal at Cedar Hall School for seven years and is currently on the EVSC School Intervention Team working with Title I schools.
