Barb Ferguson earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Louisville. She retired from working as a mental health social worker at the Mulberry Center. She is also retired from the position of director at Westminster Preschool and Child Care. Mrs. Ferguson is the mother of two grown children and has four grandchildren. She joined the 4C board in 2007 because she believes the community benefits from quality childcare, in the present and for the future.
