Ginger Ramsden is the Director of the Center for Education Services and Partnerships at the University of Southern Indiana, where she has worked for 20 years. Her duties include oversight of the on-campus child care facilities, creating enrichment programs for community children, coordinating USI's dual credit program for high school juniors and seniors, and providing consultation and professional development for P-12 schools and educators in Southern Indiana. Ginger has served on the 4C board since the mid-70's and is an advocate for providing high quality programs for young children. She was the consultant for the construction of several child care centers in the area: Deaconess Child Care Center; St. Mary's Child Care facility, Posey County Learning Center and the expansion of St. Vincent's Child Care for infant and toddler care. Mrs. Ramsden and her husband of 40 years have three children and three grandchildren.
