POSITION PURPOSE: To conduct research of license exempt child care programs and assist in increasing quality through assessments, on site visits, trainings, resources and leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Have a working knowledge of child care regulation and exemption standards to assist providers through the ministry regulation and licensing process.
▪ Conduct thorough research to assist in the formulation of strategy for accessing and increasing the quality of care in license exempt programs, with a goal of licensure and/or regulation leading to becoming involved with PTQ.
▪ Support program administrators in plans for improvements with research, technical assistance and training
▪ Help implement best practice business guidelines for new providers to ensure the sustainability of each program
▪ Work with consultant on data collection procedures, including the dissemination and return of all surveys/data collection tools
▪ Schedule visits in a timely and consistent manner
▪ Individualize services based on the needs of each program
▪ Maintain comprehensive tracking system on each program, including assessments, Paths to QUALITY action plans, level advancement plans, order forms, summary of visits and trainings offered
▪ Offer resources and training and use evaluations to determine effectiveness
▪ Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of child development, developmental milestones, and developmentally appropriate practice
▪ Provide legally-license exempt provider and family education through regular personal visits
▪ Assess needs and provide developmentally appropriate information, guidance, and support to legally-license exempt providers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social work, consumer and family sciences, business management or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Coordinator will oversee all corporate fundraising and sponsorship programs and will secure significant corporate sponsorships and individual ticket sales in support of 4C’s events. This position will also assist the CEO in cultivating high-level donors through creative events.

This position helps develop the strategy and plays a critical role in growing a comprehensive program to increase and sustain annual philanthropic support for 4C of Southern Indiana. The Coordinator works with the CEO to ensure that all special events are created presented and conducted with the goal of building awareness about 4C mission and identifying and engaging potential major donors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Special Events: Manages the production of special events including but are not limited to: volunteer recruitment, stewardship and coordination; development of printed materials; negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships; scheduling etc.
• Working with CEO and Vice President to assists with grant researching, writing and submissions.
• Identifies, solicits and stewards corporate sponsorships for the events and for maximizing individual sponsorships and ticket purchases.
• Cultivate new sponsors for events to help meet fundraising goals.
• Provides leadership in planning major special events according to the events timeline. Which includes venue planning and logistics; design, printing and mailing of invitations; corporate and individual sponsorship; support and coordination of volunteer committees, and other related areas as identified.
• Works closely with other staff on planning and logistics and support efforts to use events in identifying, cultivating and involving donors.
• Responsible for producing invitations, registration and sponsor lists for events and event solicitations.
• Recruits, trains and supervises volunteers and interns to assist with special event planning
• Accountable for strategic planning of events throughout year, including cultivation, fundraising and recognition of high-end donors
• Participates in defining and carrying out development objectives and priorities for entire organization
Marketing and Communications
• Manages the marketing and communication needs of the agency. Includes updating and maintaining the 4C Website on a regular basis, producing advertising materials requested and marketing and promotional brochures,
• Performs other related duties as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of two years of development/fundraising experience in a non-profit organization
• A proven track record of significantly increasing special event results
• Demonstrated success planning and implementing successful (five-figure and above) special events in a nonprofit environment.
• Superior writing, speaking, and listening skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and to initiate new ones.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, detail-and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with donors and prospects, board members, volunteers, vendors, and other staff in a deadline driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Bloomerang

Child Care Ministry Director
We are searching for a part-time child care ministry director.
This is a brand new ministry opening in December 2017. We are looking for a motivated person with strong organizational, leadership, and personal relation skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Oversee the day-to-day operations: adhering to church guidelines, licensing requirements, health regulations, and fire codes.
*Oversee communication with prospective and current parents
*Recruit, train and retain quality child care ministry staff.
Oversee staff scheduling and other personnel-related matters.
*Manage the finances of the child care ministry effectively and within budgetary guidelines. *Ensure all finance-related record keeping requirements are met.
*Oversee curriculum development
*Manage child care ministry volunteer staff
Qualifications:
*Degree in Early Child or Elementary Education preferred, but not necessary
*Excellent leadership and organizational skills
*Strong people / service skills (both written and oral)
*Proficient in office software
*Experience with budgeting & scheduling
*Pass a background check & hold a valid drivers license

Looking for full and part-time teachers and assistants.

Hours vary and we are flexible 6am - 6pm
Responsibilities include daily care of children, helping with snack, lunch and nap routines
as well as planning fun, child-based activities.
We are a Child Care Ministry serving children ages 6 weeks - 5 years old.
Located in Poseyville, IN An easy 20 minute drive from Evansville or USI!
Pay varies based on experience and education level.
